Who Wins Central Division Next Season??

It's pretty obvious that nobody hires Ben Wallace for his offensive game.

Still, he was the biggest free agent of this year's market, and the Bulls will go a long way with him. Plus, he's considered a "senior member" of the team, and it helps to have a teammate who's been in the league a while.

Pistons. Just cause they lost Ben doesnt mean there gonna do worse. They got nazr so they have a decent center. They still have 3 all stars (billups, wallace, and hamilton) and a great player (Prince). There bench is not bad, they got Delk, McDyess, and newly acquired player Flip Murray. So pretty much thier team is stacked.

Bulls. Yes, there team got a bit better by getting Walalce but he's not a scorer and can ruin a game from the Line. I think they do have alot of young talent and can be exceptional in a few years. If they kept Smith then maybe they would of been better than the pistons, but thats just a maybe. Also, my thought is to start Gordan every game. I think if the Bulls do this than they will win more.

My final thought is that this entire division is amazing. I think every team is gonna make it into the playoffs just like they did last year. And pretty sure that The pistons are gonna win it all next season.

i think they still are the team to beat in the Division but you have to admit when you lose a player of Wallace's caliber and replace him with someone who had a difficult time beating out (cue Stephen A Smith voice) Rasho Nesterovic out of all players, you've got to admit they've taken a step back


i don't get these points being made about Wallace not being a scorer or his crappiness from the line. i think it's clear he's not being brought in to do those things. one thing that should be noted is that Wallace can CATCH THE BALL and knows what to do with it when he's by the basket... which is a huge upgrade over Chandler and his hands of steel/coordination+strength of a noodle. i would cringe every time Chandler would receive the pass off of a pick and roll. when he wasn't fumbling the ball out of bounds/going weak to the basket, he wasn't even looking for the ball

Nocioni, Gordon, and Hinrich averaged over 20ppg in the playoffs. and then there's Deng. i don't think offense will be that much of a problem
