Here is a theory, The ball will flash everytime its hit (pressure sensative strobe light inside). This way it will not flash if someone dont block it and fouls the person shooting. If the ball flashes and the person gets hit, while in the act of shooting, then it will be called as a block, no foul.

Sound sgood but doens;t really have much effect on the fans since we're not playing so I don't why they hyped up a new ball so much.

I wonder what will brands like Nike or Adidas or Wilson do? Will do stick with the old design or will they have these weird ass curvy style?

when i first saw the pics earlier (all star game etc.) it didn't look as good, but now somehow i like it-and yeah it does have the curves like a soccer ball, it'd look pretty sweet when u spin it too
