I agree, he probably won't get MIP, but Camby's definitely gonna be on the ASG. The guy just came off a 33 point, 20 rebound, and 3 blk performance

Who knew it would take him eight years to reach his prime as a 30-year old?

Most players hit their prime around that age.

camby always been good, just played with injuries all his career

yeh hes always been a good C, even better this year. i think hes the 2nd best center in the league, with 1st being a healthy Shaq. If Camby was injured, Denver would probably have around 3-6 wins out of 17 right now.
And theres no way he should not be starting in the all star game. but unfortunately, 99% of chinese voters are gonna pick yao, with half of them not knowing how bad he is doing when t-mac is hurt. camby has just been incredible.

RealGM on the topic:
2) Marcus Camby
Where on earth did this guy come from? He has been known as a bust since he was drafted at #2 in a stacked draft and has always been considered to be overpaid. The UMass graduate is finally starting to play ball in his tenth season in the NBA. Camby is averaging career highs in points, rebounds, blocks, steals and field goal percentage. How many players have been able to explode like this at 31 years of age, especially with the amount of injury problems that Camby has had. His improvement is nothing less than remarkable.

I don't think I've ever heard anyone call him a bust... or even overpaid.

I wish he was still on the knicks he is still one of my favorite players.

The madness continues. 24 pts - 12 rebs and 5 blocks, sheesh the way hes going he's going he might even end up with 4 blocks per night on average. This is just one crazy start, I really do hope he doesnt get injured cause it'll be interesting to see how long he can continue this for.
