Flopping is very different from double kicking somebody. The way he flailed on his left leg then outstretch his right leg was far from a "flail". That had an intention. Try flopping with both of your feet and see the way you bend your body compared to how you bend your body when you double kick someone.

According to Adrian Wojnarowski of Yahoo! Sports, the NBA has decided not to take further action against Green after he received a Flagrant 1 foul following a video review by the referees working the game.
USA Today's Sam Amick has confirmed Wojnarowski's report and added that Draymond's foul from Sunday night has been changed from a Flagrant 1 to a Flagrant 2 and Green will receive a fine.
