Chris Bosh had 17 points and 15 points ON HIS BIRTHDAY!!
Sat Mar 25, 2006 3:34 pm
it was a good spanking alright
great great game
Mon Mar 27, 2006 9:20 am
Man Charlie V with 48pts, but we lost, so doesn't really matter. But then again, 48pts is amazing for a rookie and amazing how he kind of took charge when Bosh got injured.
And why the fu** did James jack up those 2 3's and that long 2? Man, should've passed.
Mon Mar 27, 2006 9:28 am
Mike James: 1 for 7 from three, 4 turnovers and 11 points. Thats more like the Mike James I know.
Mon Mar 27, 2006 9:45 am
Mike Jame's is horrible. He'll have one alright game, and then he thinks he's the best player on the team and starts to jack up 3's. They shouldn't resign him after this season. Let him go.
Mon Mar 27, 2006 10:01 am
Yeah, I agree with you. BC shouldn't sign James, he dribles out the clock then paases to a player that is closely guarded and then... BAM!!!!!! 24 sec violation or miss shot. (Not talkign about this game today, but mostly all thsoe games before).
Mike James is retared.... doesn't he know he was sent here to give the ball to Bosh? Damn this dumbass.
Mike who? Who? I don't know and don't care no more.... James, pack your stuff because I really hope that he won't be signed by the Raptors next season.

I don't even wanna start man.
If it wasn't for Mike James, we wouldnt of got this many wins.
Basically in all his categories, he improved alot.
I admit he gets dumb with his shot selections but like I said we wouldn't of got these many wins.
Mon Mar 27, 2006 1:33 pm
We might of had more ifhe had a pure pg. Someone that fins players instead of taking shots.
Mon Mar 27, 2006 1:36 pm
mike james is a really confusing player. One night he'll be clutch and be on fire, the next night, he'll single handedly lose the game for you. my opinion on this guy is still uncertain.
Mon Mar 27, 2006 1:37 pm
we wouldn't of got these many wins.
Oh you mean those games where we constantly lost big leads because of Jame's shot selection and then we'd have to put forth a ridiculous effort to get back into the game?
Getting us 26 wins is nothing to be proud of either.
Mike James does more harm than he does good.
Mon Mar 27, 2006 1:42 pm
Hmm.. would the Raptors rather have Alston instead of James?
Mon Mar 27, 2006 2:11 pm
If Rafer could control himself, then i would. He actually passes more than James. James is mroe of an offensive player (shooter), while rafer shoots the ball too, but sticks more to his true nature, being a PG.
PS. If anybody wants to talk ALL raptors ball join RaptorBlog.com
PPS. Not saying Rafer is better
PPPS. Trade Hoffa
PPPPS. Sam Mitchell should draw certain plays for certain players.
PPPPPS. Raptors future is bright, maybe bright enough to have them in the playoffs next season, who knows.

I would be VERY pleased if he could average the stats he is averaging in my dynasty in the 06-07 season, something like 6 points and 6 rebounds a game. Hope he can get those stats atleast next year

i just woke up, and i had a dream that i was at a raptors/nuggets game even though i don't live in toronto
after the game i talked to leo rautins and asked him what he thought of mike james and he bluntly said "i hate him"
leo then asked me if i knew what the raptors did in halftime, so i told him no.
" they decorate their lockers "
the look on his face was just pure disappointment.
this is pretty random, but i wanted to throw this out there

Our former GM won't resign James. I guarantee. He said publicly he wants to go NY, so let him. They call the Gerald Green dunk classless, well MJ13 is 5x more classless.

How much are season tickets, anybody know? in Canadian $$$
Thu Mar 30, 2006 8:02 am
I think it depends on where they are ... check here maybe:
http://www.nba.com/raptors/tickets/season.html
If you're really interested, e-mail Chuck Swirsky about it; he always says he's willing to talk to anyone about season tickets. He even says he'll meet you for lunch to talk about it.

I've read reports that Chris Bosh is likely out for the season....

LOL, I found this on the raptors realgm board game thread

............any predictions to where the Raptors are going top be ranked at next season?
Sat Apr 01, 2006 1:53 pm
Playoffs baby.
I was at tonight's game (VIP tickets, w00t

), and there were a few things I noticed.
- Pape Sow is going to be a very good role player. He's a beast, at least against Boris Diaw.
- As much as James chucks shots, when he's on he hits most of them.
- PHO is one crazy 3 point shooting team, they hit probably their first 5 or 6 in a row.
- PHO is a crazy good team too. They scored 140, but it seemed like around 100.
- Andre Barrett can play, he's a pretty good PG.
- The Raptors have an inflatable mascot (mini-Raptor) that is probably the best mascot in the league. I couldn't decide if there was someone inside, or if it was an RC. Whatever it is, it's hilarious to watch; he tried to bite peoples' heads, he did the moonwalk, he did a somersault.

I AGREE WITH YOU 100%!!

. I went to two games this season, both times i found myself distracted looking at the inflatable raptor instead of paying attention to the game.
Sat Apr 01, 2006 2:30 pm

That's exactly what I did. I'd pay (very little) to go see him alone.
Sat Apr 01, 2006 3:46 pm
although the raptors season may be over they have a bright future to look forward to, with bosh and charlie v, but imo they have to get rid of mike james, although he has been great statswise throughout the season...
but i feel that the offense should revolve around bosh, with his power and athleticism, he could be one of the great power forwards of the modern era if he is given the responsibility of running the offense! and also perhaps developing calderon... a pass first pg! btw mo pete is playin' off his nut!!!!
