Let me be the first to congratulate Lebron and Miami on their Asterisk championship :) Will the rings be made of diamonds & gold or brass & zircons?

Dafuq? The decade is only starting and we have Durant, Rose and many others. And when Lebron hits 30 he will slow down definitely. Great job by nba.com showing LeBron's "greatness".

Point taken.

Congrats to the Heat, they certainly were the better team. Like I said before, it's a shame that the officiating was as bad as it was and I can't help but wonder if things would be different if not for a few of the standout bad calls, but bottom line the Thunder squandered some good opportunities, while the Heat certainly took advantage of theirs and stepped up. At the end of the day, they took care of business.

Cringe.

MJ was a shooting guard, Derrick Rose is a point guard, that is a better similarity.

But the arrogance of even comparing a bug to a great is outstanding.

This is exactly why I didn't want the Heat to win.

I take back congratulation Wade.

Now that LeBron has a ring maybe he can play without his headband on and go full Karl Malone or Jordan.

I wonder if the Heat would hire former Heat player DJ Rony Seikaly for their after-game party.

I am happy for the entire Heat team from top to bottom. Micky Arison, Pat Riley, Spoeltra, Joel, Lebron... doesn't matter much to me. I love the work put in that led to this. I paid a lot of attentions to the details this year and every bit of it was fun.

And the Thunder... I really like KD, this kid. He's the most humble guy I've seen in recent years of any sports. Hope to see him come back strong again next year. (Y)

Thanks for the kind word, Drew. You have been the most classy guy in this forum. Good luck to Rose and your team next season. It was too bad the Heat couldn't meet the healthy Bulls this post season.

Congrats to the Heat. Mike Miller went OFF tonight. I was trying to convince the bar he should get mvp just to see what people said. They laughed at me.

and I have to say, while i understand SOME of the animosity Lebron gets (although making it over the way he handled switching teams and not his gameplay or attitude is rather silly), How can you enjoy basketball and not love to watch him? the guy does things we havent seen since jordan. Im not saying they're equal. But an athlete like this has been missing for awhile from this sport. I'm glad to see him get the ring and i was VERY entertained watching this whole saga the past 2 years. No complaints at all from me. Its been one hell of a ride.

Also, if the Heat get Steve Nash next year, i may become as bad as NoVu in my heat cocksucking. Ill have to break up with Jackal :(

LOL why would I need to rage quit my life.

My Pittsburgh Steelers are #1...

Wait, how many championships did you win in the 70's?

remember that crushing we gave you in 79 en route to the defunct 4th lombardi...

Don't get me started on the Panthers as well, basketball is all you have in Miami.

And when Rose get's back to his full health, the Bulls will be the best team in the league, year in and out.

Have fun with your short reign as best team.

edit -- I probably made a mistake bringing up the Dolphins, I'm guessing most MIA fans are band-wagoners.

Since this isnt at all trolling...:shake:

What do you think a sports forum is, all harmony under one roof... you obviously know nothing about rivalries and hatred in sports, it's part of the game, go watch a ravens-steeler game or cowboys-giants lakers-celtics to see what rivalries are about.

Not trolling at all.
