oh well at least we won, and winning is exactly what we didn't do against Memphis, the Streak is over :x We beat LA twice, Dallas and Utah and we go and end the streak against Memphis :roll:
We could've gone 11-0 for April :cry:

Carmelo is finally playing well with 30+ points throughout the streak, along with Camby playing like a man possessed.

haha t-wolves without garnett was a joke. denver bench even owned the t-wolves...especially kleiza. smith played few minutes busted out some 3s...

Wednesday vs San Antonio is a playoff foreshadowing...

Except in the playoffs, good players will play, on Wednesday it will be a Bench game, although our bench can light it up with the likes of JR and Kleiza... hopefully they start with Reggie, Diawara and Sampson i guess...
Melo, AI, Camby, Nene etc. shouldn't be playing...

Possible Starters:
PG: Yakhouba Diawara
SG: JR Smith
SF: Linas Kleiza
PF: Reggie Evans
C: Najera

EDIT: oops forgot about Najera, i knew i was forgetting someone...

i love duncan and all, but i hope joey crawford's gonna officiate this series. i'm really rooting for AI to make it far in the playoffs.

Crawford suspended til the end of the year. Yeah its gonna be a bench game, Diawara, Carter, Johnson, Evans and Sampson in starting line-up. Can't wait til playoffs now!

Soon prove how good our depth is compared to the Spurs, actually looking forward to the game even tho no one is really playing. Playoffs are gonna be exciting this year.

why not put kleiza and JR on the starting lineup, they could rip the game to shreds and we'd have our best April ever!

and imo Nuggets have had a fairly solid year (44-37) possibly 45 after tomorrow and a 6th seed in the West is a fairly good effort.
Now all we need is Camby to win DPOY

Yeah, the last game should be just a battle of the bench players with the rest of the starters wathcing on the bench. But I guess GK would stick to a 8 man rotation, being Kleiza, Najera and if JR getting bench minutes. I hope JR gets PT now. Nuggs just need his shooting along with Kleiza.

If the Nuggs aer going to be successful against the mighty Spurs, well, first, defense. The Spurs have good offensive sets and pass the ball very well and they shoot well from the outside too. If these shots gets contested, then I think that they have a chance...

But I still hope that they beat the Spurs... :twisted:

We win in the preview, shows our depth is better than theirs, Evans dominated along with Smith and Anthony Carter looked like he had a good game, now i cant wait to our first game.

lol. yeah that game wasn't the best to watch (I saw it on ESPN) i was expecting Kleiza and JR to dominate, but we went even further than them with Sampson, Carter, JF etc. Evans was awesome! Never seen him play like that before! Sampson rebounded well but struggled to score and hit FT's. He had a few TO's aswell... Carter was good and Blake was Brilliant from the start with 14 points in the first quater.

ok i Really Really want Denver to beat Spurs, not just cause im a Nuggets fan but everybody is tipping San Antonio to win and i want to prove them all wrong!

GINOBILI!!!!!!!......NOT. Great win in game 1, even though Spurs shot way more shots then us, they didn't make that many. I really liked Nene's performance and AI with Melo both put up 30+. Looking forward to same thing in game 2!

Woooh! Nuggets Win! AI and Melo dominated and combined 4 60+ points. And I do not think that this would be a repeat of the 2005 Playoffs. They do not have Iverson at that moment, and Miller was lucky then.

Hope the Nuggs can win Game 2...Although the Spurs will give the ball more to Duncan this time...

Nuggets will win at least 2 games, if the Nugs from 2005 can win 1..
We'll talk again after game 2, from the looks of it, this might go the distance, but not if Spurs win next 2 games.

i disagree.
the win was not a fluke win. nuggets played great under pressure, got to the line, made free throws. nuggets weren't even playing at their best and they won at san antonio.
definitely got a shot to win this round if they keep up the defense and avoid turnovers..

Great win, i know we have a chance of winning this series now, confidence through our veins and with the addition of AI and Smith i think Denver can overcome the Spurs.

I think everybody's forgetting how different the team is now, compared to when we lost to the Spurs back in 2005.
Today was a great win, which we earnt by playing good offense and defense, it want a fluke and it will happen again.
and if im not mistaken, which im not Spurs went on to win it all in 05, so their both completely different teams now.

it was a fluke win and game 2 proved it...


nuggets played good in fourth quarter got within 3, but didn't finish the job. just hope they get all the home court wins...
