NBA All-Star Game 2006

I am from Austria and would like to watch the All-Star Game. Does anybody know where/how i can watch the game online (pplive or something) or where i can download the game (must not be live, e.g. one day after the broadcast).

is it legal to download recorded (e.g. on TNT, ESPN, etc..) nba games via the edonkey network or something?

... so in your opinion it is also illegal to record something on your TV with your video recorder and watch it afterwards on tape, maybe distribute it to your friends, e.g. a .... basketball game on national (free) tv? i don't think so!
there is no copyright on free tv broadcastings, is it?
