Unless he's disgruntled enough to be disruptive - I'm still not convinced he'd actually be that unprofessional though - I don't think there's any concern there.

I'm hoping he'll be happy enough with the team. They've made some positive moves this season and I think they could potentially bolt to a low playoff seed. Whether that'll be enough to keep him interested is another thing though.

I wouldn't be surprised even if he shows no heart though. Possibly his last year as a pro, yet he was picked up by a mediocre team who gave zero respect to his request of becoming free. Like he said, he always seemed to be a nice guy all career long. A nice guy and a pro like him saying such things goes to show how upset he is. If Paul really come to LA line in the scenario above, then I believe his frustration level will go beyond our expectation.

Try telling that to the other 28? (minus NYK and NOH) that gave zero respect in bidding for him since he was released as an amnesty player. The Clippers just happened to win the bid.

I hope they send him away for CP3, otherwise Billups is just going to have one good year before he breaks down, but with the NBA's alleged tampering in wanting a younger team so they can make it an easier product to sell to an owner, I don't think it will happen. The Hornets will just ask for Gordon again, and the Clippers can hold out and sign CP3 to a fresh deal next year without gutting their team of young players and an unprotected pick in a solid draft.

With Paul now headed to the Clippers, it'll be interesting to see what happens with Billups. He can be released but not traded, my guess is that they'll let him go.

Apparently, they offered them both plus Kaman and Aminu. Just when you think the Clippers came out of the lockout as big winners, they screw it up. Typical.

Look for Eric Gordon to be among top scorers next season if the trade goes through.

What are they going to do with Billups and Mo Williams? Who will be their two guard?
