There was a Shawn Marion, Jose Calderon, Andrea Bargnani, Jamario Moon at team and he confused me again with not lifting the team to playoffs.

The former team (Walker-Rose-Pedja-Anderson-Fisher) would vaporize the latter team off the face of the earth. They have gobs of rings, the latter team has one ring combined. Anyone who doesn't have a ring is worthless especially compared to those who won rings.
Real basketball fans know this, anyone with a ring is better than anyone without one automatically.
Learn about the game already, maybe you could try watching it to start.

Why?
iamamac wrote:he'll bring trouble to all opponents. If he plays, then strong teams like Turkey, Greece and Lithuania will get beat up. Trust me, you don't want him to play in this championship
iamamac wrote:Noah is kind of like Bosh, but more energetic and aggressive. There would be no match for him in Eurobasket. He's, like, one of the best centers in NBA, but swears a lot. Take a look

Sounds like very important personnels for Crotia. What do they do for living?

Pietrus is not healthy which is why he failed the physical. I totally know that but still, they are pretty good no doubt.

So I'm not high on our team, but I hope we play some good games and maybe take a win or two home (Israel and Italy are beatable if we get lucky)

I don't think they can win against Italy - they have Bargnani, Bellinelli and Gallinari - they're going to be tough this year. Israel and Germany are both beatable. Germany lost to Finland without Nowitzki. Nowitzki won't save Germany this time - he's tired from the NBA Finals. So there's still chance for Latvia to qualify 4th place.
