yeh Karl Malone.....KG is the best PF in the game today, and he played PF all of last season

Mon Jul 07, 2003 2:15 pm

How many times we must tell Jasonkidd to resize his sig... He always puts a bigger one after the previous...

Mon Jul 07, 2003 3:07 pm

Tim Duncan is the best power forward. KG is a great PF too, but Duncan is just old school and just do all the textbook stuff a power forward is suppose to do.

Elton Brand!

Tim Duncan, because he once said that he hates enormous signatures in phpbb2 forums. :P

mark madsen wouldn't be bad if he developed offensively

someone give webber some love please =]
if c-webb had the heart of a KG then he'd kick butt.. but right now
timmy D is the man.... but i like jermaine oneal's game too.. he just needs to improve his passing out of double teams to find the open man...

I don't know if Tim should be considered a PF. I mean, he is a center playing at PF and that gives him ALOT of advangtage. Garnet is more of a SF than a PF.

I'm surprised that Jermain O'neal is in the poll, and Keyon Martin is not in. It was probably and oversight. I think Keyon proved alot in this years playoff run. He went toe to toe against the league's MVP, played his heart out, and most importantly, he showed improvement in maturity throughout the season.

Chris Webber also seems to have been forgotten. I bet a year ago, people would have mentioned his name right along with KG and TD.

In my opinion Chris Webber is the best PF.
Because
Tim Duncan is a C that played PF because of The Admiral
KG is a real SF, not PF
    Same with Dirkules
Jermaine O'Neal has done nothing remarkable in relation to championship or something and in my opinion does not show that leadership he could
the other PFs are too inexperienced and inconsistent (see Kenyon Martin, who has the talent, but look at his 3/23 FG in the last final) or simply too old (it simply is not possible, that a old guy like Karl Malone is the BEST in the league)

tim duncan is a center that played pf due to the fact the spurs had robinson. by the time shaq retires i garauntee duncan will be a center, if he isnt already playing center next season.
kevin garnett is a small forward, that can play some pf... but isnt physically strong enough to be a real POWER forward. he'd kick duncans ass one on one though...
antoine walker... really is a small forward too... no inside game.

karl malone = greatest pure #4 of all time...

i'd say the best power forwards are
sheed, webber and k-mart
big ben maybe? he should be a power forward. too short for center.
my vote, among current nba players

c-webb

It's about what position people play, not what position you think they should play.

Antoine Walker has a good inside game but he doesn't use it a lot because Antoine Image the three point shot.

Mon Jul 14, 2003 6:00 am

k-mart would be a great PF if he developed a little more offensively.. i think his defense is nasty.. i'd hate to be defended by him.

Mon Jul 14, 2003 6:03 am

yeah he is good in defense.
but scoring thats good too

yeah definatley, notice the post says "best pf" not best should be pf.

so what Duncan is a center? how?
he's too tall? no I htink KG, a sf, is just as tall. He plays inside too much? LOL he's got outside game and penetrates alot too. He is just the best big man, center or pf period. If playing at center he can take his man outside and drive it in. If playing against a pf he can do that or even just powerhouse them D.L. He could do that to a center too.
explain how Duncan is a center playing pf? Not that Robinson is there, how doesn't that make him a pf?
