It's hard to take a person seriously when they sported Craig David as their avatar and type with an excessive amount of unnecessary exclamation marks.

Joel Anthony?

Although not strictly a rookie, not strictly a center, and certainly not talented. Unless he's talking about Beasley.

Man, what was with Shaq today. I thought him and Wade were in good terms. I know he's Shaq but he didn't have to be that Shaq to Wade. Rofl.

Hahaha. I like Shaq and the way he acts to other players, I think it can be excused with him being just Shaq. Shaq being Shaq, you know.

BUT WADE!!! He was your loyal buddy and a companion. Rofl. I find it rather funny not something to be upset about. I bet Wade also understands the issue as he knows Shaq will always be Shaq like no matter what. :seriouscat:

But then, couldn't everyone be excused for acting as they do because we are each ourselves? You can't argue with Shaq's success but he'll never be mistaken for one of the classier acts in the league. That's the way he is I suppose, it certainly hasn't hampered his career.

Probably more love-hate than either extreme. Sometimes he's entertaining, other times he's annoying and egotistical. But as Shaq would no doubt point out, there's no arguing his accomplishments.

I would give you 20,000 dollars if you said that to his face.

I'll agree that it was an OK win over Phoenix. But the Heat still allowed them to shoot 55.8% from the field and 14-28 from three-point rage. The Heat have GOT to get better defensively, or the good defensive teams like Boston, Cleveland and Orlando are just going to rip them to pieces in the playoffs. Miami has (have? which is correct in that situation?) no defensive stoppers, with Jermaine O'Neal playing like a turd.

Actually come to think of it, it wasn't that great a win. The Heat shot 57.1% from the field but still only managed to squeeze out a 6-point win at home, while the Suns were without their best player. That really isnt going to cut it.

I think Boston, Cleveland and Orlando would sweep them in a first-round series. So the Heat have to pray for that number 4 or 5 seed and the Atlanta Hawks (who would get the seed that the Heat don't get) and who are a better team than the one that took the Celtics to 7 games last year would also be able to beat them.

you never know, and i don't think that atlanta is better, if Heat wants, it could beat them, wade+ beasley+cook will score more that JJ, smith and horford! but the defense is an issue - you right!

Atlanta perhaps and that's still a stretch, but I don't like the chances of a lower seed upsetting Cleveland or Orlando in the first round.

Meh, beating the Suns at home by 6 points doesn't prove much. Unless they start doing that every game I'm going to keep on doubting.

I really think the Heat can emerge next season though, once they're settled in with the system and roster they could be really good.

So what's your point? They beat them one game and that's your "ha ha" moment to Heat "haters"? They suck, live with it.

A cactus? Is that an insult from where you come from? Without that real big cactus who has zero brains, your team would still not have a championship banner.

It's easy to spot others like yourself, isn't it?

You are right. I was just referring to Shaq being dramatic, always giving us something interesting. Even Wade said after the game, "Just being dramatic." I think that's typical Shaq that most people hate or love about.

BTW It was cool for Shaq to be saying "Dwyane is my guy. ... It would be nice for the organization if he could get an MVP,'' at the post game interview. Rofl. Maybe next time, he will help Wade up if Wade's his guy like he says.

To be fair there are conflicting philosophies on that though. One school of thought is that until that final buzzer, the opponent is the enemy and you don't help them up and put aside any friendship out there until the end of the game. I tend to agree with the opposing stance though, which is that there's nothing wrong helping an opponent up after a hard collision and shaking hands, giving them a tap, or making some kind of similar sportsmanlike gesture that basically says there was no malice involved, everyone's just playing hard and competing. So long as there's an air of sportsmanship there it's all on the level.
