They could put #1 in jersey sales vs #2 in jersey sales. What a concept!!!!
And make the teams wear special Red, Green, and white uniforms, St Patricks day shouldnt be the ONLY day to wear special uniforms.
And the refs should wear white shirt with red stripes representing the candy cane, with solid red pants. Then the special halftime show of cheerleaders in santa outfits dance with some reigndeer, to a new Pdiddy remix of here comes santa claus, in which david stern would come out doing the running man in a santa outfit, throwing free cheap shirts that say Dallas 2006 NBA champs.

It will be Sonics vs Nuggets as one of the games in opening night.The NBA cancelled the jazz/warriors matchup in opening day due to kg's arrival in boston.The sonics-nuggets will be at denver.
