He's saying that Wade, as a lottery pick, was drafted onto an already proficient team that eventually landed an All-Star (Shaq). Lebron, however, was drafted onto an atrocious team looking to rebuild, so it's unfair to compare them as such.

Wait, who is that directed to?

Wade got an all-star (though he didnt deserve it) by his side, and a lot more good players to back him up.

I see that as:

Wade has an all star player at his side (Shaq, although he did not deserve it) and has a deeper more talented team.

I said:

In response to:

What the fuck are you talking about? How does he not deserve it?

Because mvpshaq32 thought Shaq is all star worthy.

Unless I'm confused? :|

key word thier being successful. no one besides wade has done anything of note. he is obviously the most successful. i guess you could put melo in second for what he did in college. james has yet to do a single worthwhile thing since he joined the nba. imo he is the most talented of the 3 but thus far the least successful.

thats wat i was bout to say. lebron is with nike, and he is considered to be the better player. lebron is someone that u will not see for a while. 6'8 around 257 pounds and has the quickness and speed of a point guard maybe even faster. decent shooter great dunker and great athletic ability. wade is just gonna be an average iverson player. i know iverson isnt average, but im saying that lebron is just really really gifted and he was born to be a superstar.
but i hate both of them.

What would you prefer?
Championship and Finals MVP (Wade) 8/10
or
Rookie Of the Year and All Star Game MVP (Bron) 6/10
or
Rookie Game MVP and International All 5(Melo) 5.5/10

Easy  ...Wade

It depends on how you want to look at it. In terms of personal "game" hands down its Lebron, his game to this point has been better than everyone else. If you want to look at awards and team success, then Wade is your choice. If you want to look at potential 8-10 years from now, CB4 or Melo are the clear choices

if you ask me steve kerr is more successfull than lebron. lebron need a ring to be called a success in my book. see to me its all about the ring, for some i guess its all about the money or the flash.

With this logic, Karl Malone and John Stockton were not successful players overall. Just because a player can't win a championship all by himself on a crappy team (i.e. Lebron) doesn't mean he's not successful.

To me personally succes means a combination of the following things.

-Money
-Prizes
-Records
-Personal acivements (how you played.)

and with this in mind I really have to say Dwyane wade. Nobody knew much about him in his rookie season. everybody knew Melo and King James. But now everyone knows wade and wants to be his fan. He also has a ring + finals MVP.

2nd comes Melo because of his Team america adventure and his good play.

Most successfull has to be Wade simply because of the ring. BUT he's definetely not the best player of that draft.
