Eddie's contract was for US$15.7 million this year but with his contract buyout he only lost US$300,000 ($15.4 million) but he can easily make that up with min vets salary of $1.3 million.

Jerry West does fully respect Eddie even at a press conference a few weeks ago after frat was fired and EJ was still injured Jerry stated he should be patted on the back.

I am sad to see him leave memphis in ways but I hope he returns to Miami as it is where he was born and lived apart from his short time in LA and charlotte.

what size eddie jersey did you have Axel ?

I dunno, but I tried it on and it still fits. It was way too big when I first got it, so now it fits just right.

I watched about 3 qtrs of the Miami Cleveland game and he didn't come on once, the crowd were chanting "Eddie, Eddie, Eddie"....
Maybe he wasn't actually playing, he wasn't listed on NBA.com :?

nah the coach didn't put him in the game which sucked.
