They all should be locked up. The point is that this guy was caught and was under the mercy of the law. They let him get away. You can't catch everyone but when you do get your hands on someone who is deserving of a great punishment then they should do it.

But the punishment has to be constant bro. There are people who are worse who are probably let off just like he is... I get what you're saying and I agree with you man.

However, in a sense, he's already served what he was supposed to in his 4 year jail sentence... since he's caught now, the Law has all the right to punish him again. This is how the system works and it doesn't seem fair...

I hope you understand what I mean.
