Ray Allen... underrated or overrated?

I wonder if he would change his game if Karl asked him

No, I wonder if the Bucks would change the manager if Ray asks them. Karl was suppose to lose his job when he took the USA team and didn't even make the semis.

Regarding Person, he's a bad lucky guy. Yes, his numbers are pretty good, but when you are playing in a team like memphis, a bad team and even after being a bad team you are not even getting chance to touch the ball, or get playing time, plus nobody is watching you, that's something more than a curse.

Now with Dickerson back and Giricek, I don't see Person having any opportunity to show his abilities so if he makes the team, that would be pretty impressive.

Good points all around guys... Come to think about it, I consider Michael Finley far superior if compared to Ray Allen... I forgot to mention him as a top SG too... :?

You guys have someone called Oscar Schmith, something like that. He was or is one of the best shooters in the whole world. Was he overrated when was selected to represent your national team so many times? I don't think so.

You do have something against Ray, don't you?,

You will finish saying that Kerry Kittles is better than Ray. All I see is the style of player you like when you do this. You can't compare their styles and obviously whoever who has the style of player you like, you start calling them better. Image

I agree. He is a lot more like the Kobes and TMacs as he is more of a slasher, rather then a shooter. He also plays better defence then Allen and is better at creating his own shot.

However, I don't see him when Dallas need him. And like I said before, just cause he's the Kobe or T-mac kind of player, doesn't make him better.

He does defend better but notice everytime Dallas needs someone to score, I don't see him on the scene, always see Nash, Van Exel or Nowitzki. I don't know, maybe he's not good under pressure or just not a clutch shooter.
