Wtf are you talking about? We're complaining about the rule change, not the rule enforcement. The rules are being enforced fine, but I personally dont think the rules should even exist as they current do.

The NBA rules seem/are totally different to international basketball rules. People always talk about how the US team sucked in the last Olympics etc, maybe its just a problem with how the NBA makes its rules so that its more entertaining to the fans.
