I am all for trades. I love to see the shake-ups in power. Althought I dont see the Iverson trade happening, it would be good for him in that nothing gives you a boost of energy like showing off your talents to the new faithful.

I don't understand the idea that players hit 30 and suddenly decline to the point of being useless or ready to retire. True, a lot of players do start slowing down but more than a couple of great players have still looked impressive as they've entered their mid 30s. Bill Russell and Michael Jordan both led their teams to championships at that age.

Why would the Grizzlies organisation trade for Steve Francis? They must have a short-time memory and a love for breaking up a team with good chemistry.
