“As I have said before, until there is a deal completed, we do not have a deal. We do not have a deal and will not comment on any premature reports regarding a trade involving Ron Artest.”
ESPN reported Tuesday afternoon the Pacers and Kings had agreed to trade Artest for Peja Stojakovic. The network later reported the deal was off because Artest let the Kings know he did not want to play in Sacramento.

The title of the thread changed. It initially announced the trade but then news spreadthat it was called off hence the current name.
