Motion to declare Riot a bigger homer then me?

Denied.

We get this kind of debate every year (Y) There are so many players who deserve to be in the ASG, but unfortunately only 24 will play.

Sczerbiak:
19.9 ppg, 4.4 rpg, 2.7 apg, 0.62 spg, 37.5 mpg

Melo:
24.8 ppg, 5.3 rpg, 2.8 apg, 1.28 spg, 35.5 mpg

Case closed.

Are you aren't listening to me. I never said Wally deserves it over Carmelo. All I'm saying is if you look at team record then Carmelo, Rashard, Bosh and other people wouldn't make it either.

I'd start Wade over Billups because his numbers are all around better. Wade gets to the line more than any other player in the league.... he averages 8 more points per game, twice as many rebounds, and only 2 assists less... and he usually is at SG (but he can play PG).

I'll post them anyway...

Wade: 26.8 ppg, 6.2 rpg, 6.6 apg, 2.03 spg
Billups: 19.1 ppg, 3.1 rpg, 8.6 apg, .67 spg

How is that even questionable?? :?

whats the knock against wally? the guy has been playing amazing basketball this season. other than KG, he's the only guy who's been bringing it consistently to the table shooting a little over 50% at the SF spot. and the wolves are at .500 or a little bit above .500 last time i checked.

Guys like Rashard Lewis and Jason Richardson have much more attractive games.

I like your team, j23. I wasn't expecting to after seeing the topic.

only thing I'd question is Sheed starting. Maybe'd put JO there and Sheed off the bench.

Indy I don't like your teams because you have too many guys that are on losing teams.

Bosh might have the numbers to be an All-Star, but he's on a losing, so he shouldn't make it.

Z I'd nix entirely and make sure VC gets in there.

In the West, I don't know about both Warriors making it. Baron Davis probably will. J-Rich might deserve it, but the West is too deep in guards.

as a Warrior fan, I'd love it if both did though.

fgrep15, I'd probably have the same exact team, cept I'd consider Melo for a spot on the West and maybe Wally. Would have to look at their numbers and where his team is at.

i might've been a little biased starting sheed over JO. fact of the matter is I've seen sheed play more this season than JO, and he's been pretty good. (not a knock on JO)

A guy I'd consider no one has mentioned is Antwan Jamison. He's putting up the same offensive #s as his last All-Star season last year, plus +3RPG this season. Not as a starter, but I'd definately go with him over Z.
