Great post X, i've never hated Bogut

I saw him at the Olympics and i was like this guy has potential then I was told he was Croatian so it makes me like him even more.

I haven't got a basketball jersey myself (not even a soccer jersey and i'm a Croatian :shake: ) I have a spare grand in the bank (as im not going to Chiang Mai) so I can afford authentic Soccer and Basketball Jerseys

I might buy a Bogut jersey or Telfair or Kirilenko jersey or a customized Spurs one that says Jugs on the back with #25

Hamilton says he doesn't need the mask, it's the specialist who won't let him play without one.

"After the second surgery, Dr. Eugene Rontal said to him, 'If you were my son, you'd be wearing that mask,' " Abdenour recalled. "If he ever needs another surgery on his nose, he'll be out a significant period of time because they would have to reconstruct everything.""

He could be stuck in the NBL. ;)

Greg Anthony's mask when he broke his nose at UNLV was worse. Tough times for Bogut though.

doesnt he continue to wear it, even though he doesnt need it, because he played so well in the playoffs when he was required to wear it?

I didn't really see that as Bogut didn't play much in the game due to the fact that Minnesota was playing quite a small lineup (Garnett or Griffin at PF), and the fact that Magloire was having a solid game....

you might be talking about that reverse dunk Garnett made where Bogut ended up on his arse....the person who got schooled there was Joe Smith, Bogut was just late help....as for the jumper over him, Bogut knew he doesn't have the lateral quickness to keep in front of Garnett, so he gave him a little space....that's the only 2 moments I believe, so non-factors from my books....game was more about Wally, Jaric and Hassell than Garnett, despite his 4th quarter play....

Yeah, Garnett wasn't really a big factor until after he came back from his his stiches.

The game belonged to Griffin, Hassell, Jaric and Szczerbiak. But when Garnett came back he dominated the 4th quarter. It didn't matter who was on him. Magliore, Bogut, Smith it didn't matter.

I'm glad you can change your tune after The X actually laid down what happened in the game. :shake:

When I said "Bogut got owned by Garnett" it was more of talk. I was talking about the 4th quarter when nobody could stop him, including Bogut.

But you are 100% right bigh0rt, I'm nothing without The X. I actually know nothing about basketball. If it wasn't for the different color jerseys, I'd be completely lost. I stare at the scoreboard and see if the score changes.

Ouch, someone sounds bitter about having their error pointed out to them. What's next, "my dad can beat up your dad"?? I pointed out that you said KG owned Bogut, then that The X said what actually happened, and then immediately after, you basically paraphrased what he said. You don't like it, tough shit I suppose. But, if you want to go the child route with the "I actually know nothing about basketball" gig to try and make yourself feel better, then by all means, knock yourself out. (Y)

Bogut had a weak ass hook shot blocked!!!!

If Eddie Griffin ever finds some offense he'll be a force.

bigh0rt, I knew exactly where Riot was coming from with his statement....his comment was made in jest and was meant to be taken light-heartedly, much like a lot of the comments Riot makes (outside of the Bush-related oens)....there was truth to the statement (in the 4th quarter he was a force)....I just wanted to clear it up for the people who hadn't seen the game....thanks for the support though
