what do you mean there 'due to age difference'?

Ray Allen is much older than anybody in that group except for Sprewell of course. And I agreed. Ray Allen wouldn't been the best choice in short term but in the long run Joe Johnson was the best man for LBJ.

do you mean allen was best choice short term?

allen is older then the rest of the then available SG's but not some guy collecting social security

he's heading into his prime and since his game isn't solely dependent on his physical attributes, he's got more years in him.

kobe101: allen was fine when he was with the big 3 in milwaukee and had a career high in scoring this past year even with rashard lewis having his best year. and seattle had its best season since the GP/kemp glory days. allen has proved he can share the spotlight.

seeing how the cavs have the aging, funny footed ilgauskas signed long term and just recently brought in the 32 yr old marshall, the cavs are in winning mode now. so why not bring in an established, playoff experienced stud in Ray Allen, who probably can give at least 4 more great years and holds one of the best 3pt%'s ever? imagine how much more lethal he would be playing with post man who can draw double teams.

hughes is nice though he's only given 1 pretty good season

agree w/ air gordons points.. but adding allen doesn't guarantee a championship

That's the main reason why I voted for Redd. I can't see him carrying a team, at all.

oh your question is lyk a 1+1 stuff....definitely Lebron is the cornerstone of the cavaliers no doubt about it men
