I believe AD competed in the 1994 contest.

Considering he was drafted in '97, that somehow does not seem right. :?

Tue Jul 19, 2005 8:23 pm

It is right. Antonio Davis wasn't drafted in 1997, he was actually drafted by Indiana in 1990, eventually joining the Pacers in 1993.

Tue Jul 19, 2005 8:29 pm

Aye. My mistake. I thought AD was referring to Antonio Daniels...

he was actually drafted by Indiana in 1990, eventually joining the Pacers in 1993.

Davis played in Greece for a year during that time. Great guy, met him up close in 1991. Of course, I was too young to remember much other than he was HUGE...

- Tim Hardaway thinks the Bulls' visitors locker room has "small-ass towels," that even his son is too big for the towels, and that it is Bulls owner Jerry Reinsdorf's fault that there are such small-ass towels there in the first place.

- Karl Malone's first basketball cost $2.98 which his mother obtained with a down payment of 75 cents?

- Michael Jordan gets manicures every 10 days and pedicures once a month?

Perhaps it didn't fit in his ass? Just asking .

Wed Jul 20, 2005 1:33 am

I believe it emphasises on the size of the towel, rather than it's usage on the ass...

:? strange....I could have sworn that Martin had a breakout senior season where he led the No. 1 ranked Bearcats to the Big Dance, only to break his leg just prior to or around the NCAA tourney and they got bounced quite early....hmmm....maybe I'm wrong, but I thought Martin broke his leg as a senior and that ended his college career and before he was drafted No. 1, there was talk about how his leg might not be fully healed....correct me if I'm wrong or misinformed though
