Well by that reasoning, Josh Smith's dunk didn't have the flair of the original 'Nique dunk, so he shouldn't have won the slam dunk title either.
as for white boys who could dunk, i personally think tom chambers was one of the best ones.

Did anyone watch the 1990 Slam Dunk Contest? Scottie Pippen dunked it hard from the FT line for his dunk of the night (!), but he got a suprisingly low score. Now, why didn't this guy never get any love? The FT dunk brought a win to MJ and Barry, but it wasn't enought to get Scottie out of the first round?
