Maybe the Bobcats could've taken the Pistons in the playoffs

I dont think Larry Brown will be around to see Darko develop....but its not a big deal coming against the Hawks....he still has along way to go before he can really get minutes every night....but I dont think he'll be anything but a 15-8 kinda player....dont quote me on this though.

I like the fact that people have spent the last couple of years raving on about how Darko's a bust and Detroit could've picked anyone else in the draft and had someone more productive, then he has one good game and all of a sudden he was worth the #2 pick

yeah, those people are the same people who bandwagon over Josh Smith and the Warriors and whoever else to bandwagon onto....

I personally still have faith in Darko and have never bagged him....I still like him more than all the other top 5 picks outside of Wade....don't get me wrong, I think all those other 4 players will end up better than him, but I still like the token white guy (Y)

I wouldn't say worth the #2 overall pick, but I would say worthy of more minutes.

1st. u have to watch the game! I havnt watched it, but 11 could have been taken in various situations, eg, fst break, right place at right time
but thats on the negative

I think this is one of browns staratedy! besides the fact that if darko would play Pistons will loose, he is agreat player, watching him from time to time, u can see he can play! But the longer u keep him on the bench the hungrier he gets. He is not being spoiled like kobe was! he earn his minutes!

well, his biggest problem is Detroits frontline....R&B, Dice, Big Easy.....those guys are reliable and Brown isn't forced to play Darko. If R&B or Dice went down Darko would get PT.

I'm pretty sure this is Browns last season, if Detroit repeats, i guarantee it.

umm...not as easy as u might think!!
Brown is a great coach and he will go only if he choices to, he is under contract for a few more years.... he cant just get up and leave with out penaly!

yes he can....he can leave and he'll still get the remainder of his guaranteed contract....Joe Dumars knew this before signing him but he also knew the benefits of having Brown.

Given Browns recent health problems i think it's gonna be the end for him....but it was all worth it.

Coaches resign all the time; take Rudy T for example. They're not locked up as tightly by the teams compared to the players.
