By that logic John Stockton should have been MVP countless times or am I mistaken here?
True, but the thing with Nash is that there hasn't been a true PG ever since Stockton. So his MVP consideration is a matter of timing as well...

I would love to see Dirk, but its definateally un-likley even though IMHO, hes MVP Calibur.
Probally Steve Nash, and maybe if they make it to the playoffs LeBron James.
