He didn't beat that guy up. He ran up to the wrong guy and grabbed him. When he realized he wasn't the guy that threw the cup he left him alone.

I'm with you on this but I'll go a little further. I'm rooting for the pacers to wind up the 8th seed, sweep the heat, beat the pistons in 7 and then take whoever comes out of the west and win it all.

I'm not a pacers fan either I just think they got the shaft this season from the NBA and think the Pistons are a disgrace to basketball.

I'm rooting for them for the same reason.

You guys are missing one thing with your starting fights argument. None involve the guy throwing a cup of cold beverage at you.

And Artest threw a punch, yeah, but he didn't actually land one. The guys that jumped him did.

that's correct. as i mentioned in the original brawl thread, that man corroborated that story admitting that artest asked him if "he was the one that threw the cup".

and to that fat-ass in the detroit jersey that went on the court (which he had no business doing in the 1st place) and approached artest... he deserved what he got.

yes, probably artest doesn't have it all right upstairs. probably most nba success players nba have some kind of complex, whether it be an ego or competitive thing... artest's though much higher then the norm..

i don't want to open up this can of worms again but it does bother me when people are stating misinformation as FACT.

furious.. i had read that miami has lost 12 in a row @indy

i just want to say that i 100% agree that any fan on the court deserved anything they got. its the same way i feel about any player that went into the stands.

no, J-O did a sliding knockout puch of the fatass wearing the pistons jersey.

it was beautiful. and jae, all i was saying is that i used to study the law a lot, but for some reason, people have taken offense to that comment, so i will stop my "bragging" about what is clearly a very commendable and bragworthy thing.

i dont find your comment about the law a brag at all......i mean geez...good thing you knew some pages of the law. sometimes the coppers ignores the law or are ignorant of the law.....
but since poeple here thought that was a bad comment, it hink you better lay off your so called "bragging" just to avoid further unhealthy discussions and all.

Nah I didn't think you were bragging, I just found it funny... I used to smoke week a hell of a lot more than 3 times a day and I still had no idea about the law.

when i say 3 times a day, i mean large doses of weed on 3 seperate occasions per day. It has a horrible habit, i developed a nasty cough, and my basketball game suffered a bit. But we would often smoke outside in allies and stuff with a high risk of cops catching us. I was so stupid...
