Seriously, when we talk leadership qualities between Tracy MacGrady and Yao Ming,
obviously I chose T-Mac!

The words "leadership" "Tracy McGrady" and "Yao Ming" should never be mentioned in the same sentence. T-Mac wants his scoring title, you know, for reputation purposes ... Yao doesn't know what's going on. Have you ever seen a player who looks so clueless and oblivious on the court? There's no leadership here.

Anywho's, the Rockets are built around Yao but Tracy is the leader of the team. As Jae mentioned, Yao is probably the most confused looking asian person I've ever seen, the words "doh" come to mind when I see his face.

Anyways, take away Yao & you'd just have McGrady a la Orlando. Scoring away whilst his team-mates suck. He's lucky enough Yao is still the circus freak which draws away attention. Otherwise the spotlight would once again be on McGrady's inability to make anyone way better.

Nope, Becuase Yao and T-Mac dont Connect Like Shaq and Kobe did. Might as well say Rockets are......Mutumbo's Team.....lol what a sight that would be.

Yao is not good enough to be a leader on this team. T-Mac still has a lot of work to do to become a good leader but in the end he'll always be the leader, he's just a way better player.
