McGee should win, but Blake's definitely got the fan vote

best all around dunk contest ever? (so far)

I'm glad Ibaka's second dunk didn't get a 50. A bit of showmanship, dunk was nice, but it wasn't a 50, 45 is a good score for that. I was surprised that DeRozan's second dunk got a 50, though it looked a little better on the replay. If Griffin had made that 360 off the side of the backboard, that'd be a solid candidate for best dunk in the history of the contest; the windmill was still nice but clearly that wasn't what he wanted. Another strong showing from McGee, both his dunks have been scored a bit higher than I would have thought but they were creative and certainly impressive. Hope they've got something awesome left for the Finals.

Blake just won it jumping over the car.

He only jumped over the lowest part of the car. McGee's first attempt was harder than that.

Product placement/10.

Kenny Smith needs to be banned from these things.

I feel Blake gave up on his two best dunks, and just got love for even being able to attempt them. The 360 from the baseline, and the different style of a 360 two handed windmill which was going to be his first dunk would have been plain sick.

Still an impressive leap, with the pass from Davis adding a little something extra. The choir was overkill but still, simply awesome. If Griffin wins, it'll be well-earned. With dunks like these in the finals, we need to have the judges scoring instead of the fan voting.

That car dunk was disappointing personally. If he went over the roof, then absolute bananas. But over the hood, for his athletic ability, it's "easy".

Derozan got robbed. He probably coulda done something without any gimmicks.

Opening it up to the public vote just made it a popularity contest, and Blake Griffin is the Justin Bieber of the NBA.
He won it the second he announced that he'd compete.

Lots of great dunks though from all of them. (Y)

I'd still say that Griffin's performance lived up to the hype/fan voting, much more than Nate Robinson's did last year.

What? Blake Griffin was arguably the least impressive out of the four. His last dunk was so lame it pissed me off, while Epic Vale's dunks were both awesome and totally creative. Lamesauce. (N)

McGee's 3-ball dunk was awesome, but his final dunk - not so much. The clear winner was Griffin. Although Ibaka's free-throw line dunk was really good.

With what Blake did using the car in his dunk, it's not surprising they edged him into the final.

Griffin was the clear winner? Maybe in last year's contest, but all 4 dunks count, and I thought his last dunk was no more impressive than Epic Vale's. All of the pretense for a rather pedestrian dunk was turrible and makes me think that fan voting needs to go bye-bye.

best dunk contest ever, i'm very happy even though McGee had a bad last dunk (he wanted that sheet dunk or the free throw) but still, props to Blake, give everyone 4 dunks next year and then fan vote.

This.

Ibaka got robbed on his first dunk. Derozan gets penalized for his numerous attempts on his first dunk while McGee and Griffin didn't get effected much. First round owned the second round. If you saw the stuff the guys were practicing with their "coaches", Derozan would have likely pulled off under both his legs in the finals. Like Lamrock said, I personally think Griffin was actually the least impressive of all 4.

If you saw what he was practicisng with C-Webb, I think he was referencing the one when Ibaka bit the stuffed animal from the rim.

He said props were lame after Ibaka's toy dunk, then brings out a freaking car and choir for Blake's last dunk.
