A couple of quick technicals for Perkins and he's out for the night. Seems the Magic have got a bit of fight left in them too.

that 2nd one was a terrible foul call never mind giving him the tech as he was walking away, all I saw him mouth was "Man, that was bull shit"

really dumb to eject a player for that in a playoff game after a terrible call
Opinions are my own.

It's unusual to see a player get tossed like that in the Playoffs, usually they're quick with the first one to make their point but hold off on the second technical. Perkins' reputation is certainly coming into play on that one, if they want to call it that way then Kobe should have a "Rodman in 1997"-like streak of ejections going.

Perkins will be suspended for game six, if necessary, or game one of the Finals, if the technicals are upheld by the league.

I could see them rescinding the second technical, not that it'll do much good if the first one already puts him over the limit.

That's what a good Christian does to the Celtic heathens who rely on the evil powers of their leprechaun.

Looks like Davis might've taken a shot there, he's in rough shape as they go to a timeout.

Gotta hand it to Crawford for catching Davis and holding him up as well. That's no mean feat.

Pierce's shove was a bit dirty. I agree with Van Gundy and Jackson, it should've been a flagrant and deserves to be upgraded upon review.

My goodness if the Celtics blow this series. Orlando seems like the team thats always able to pull off the unthinkable. Let's see if they can pull this one off.

They certainly seem to have come alive, but that's a tall order.

Wow. Celtics got pulverized. Funny to see Sheed foul out after his best game as a Celtic. This comeback is starting to look possible! Gutted I'll be out of town for game 7 (if necessary)

Unless you're a Celtics or Lakers fan, both Conference Finals series have drastically improved over the last couple of games. Odds are that it'll still be Lakers/Celtics in the Finals but at least the preceding series would've had a little drama, a little competition before they were all said and done. Even though Game 5 of the ECF turned out to be a blowout, that wasn't such a bad thing in my opinion as it showed the Magic still give a damn and it was essentially payback for the humiliation they were dealt in Game 3. Even if the odds don't favour them coming all the way back to win, it's a series. Even if they can simply force a Game 7, they'll deserve a lot of credit and it will have been a much better series than it appeared it would have been.

Indeed. Last three days of the playoffs have been awesome. A week ago I was ready to give up on this post-season.

Never give up on high octane offensive teams because eventually they will catch fire/a bit of a break & anything is possible

This is getting interesting. I still dont think the Magics can become the first team in NBA history to win a series after being down 3-0 though.
