TVU is lagging real bad for me, it pauses for a split second every second. My ESPN channels have also disappeared. I'm not sure whats wrong with it, because the streaming speed is running normal.

Well, It's had its problem before so I'm hoping they fix it over time like usual (Y)

Heres a part time fix - Scroll down through your channels list until you find "NBATV: Grizzlies @ Nuggets" its in widescreen and runs real smooth. Quality could be better but its better than a lagging out-of-synch broadcast.

For those wondering, TNT's double-header is on TVU right now. Also at midday (Australian time) The season premier of Scrubs (Season 6) is on.

Hey guys, found a solution for the ESPN/ESPN2/NBATV "disappearance" problem. Go to this website here:

http://www.andromedanet.com/tvu_sport.html

Open up TVU Player, I suggest 2.2.1 Beta 23, which is available from the link in the bottom left of the page.

Once TVU is opened, just click "Connect" for the channel you want to watch. TVU will start connecting to the channel even though it is missing from the channel guide.

I have tested all three channels and it works, except NBATV still has that pause-every-second problem.

Oh well, hope it helps, I am happy I at least get good ESPN channels, now I'm just waiting for NBATV to hopefully be back to normal at some point in the near future. Good Luck

I tried it but it doesn't connect after I click the link, it just opens the program and that's it.
But I do have a later version than the one listed on that site, so that might be it I suppose..

I had the same problem until I switched to the version I mentioned. No problems since, except just before I tried to connect to NBATV and TVU froze on me.

Well, I tried downgrading but now it's just giving me error messages. I get "Failed to get URL address of player." when I don't have it running already. And when I do have it running I get "Another instance of TVYPlayer is still running. Please close the previous one". Oh well... (n)

The thing Flite suggested works perfectly (Y) uninstall TVU player, download + install the older one on that site then like he said, just click Connect and wait.
