With Mobley possibly leaving, he might share time with Bobby Jackson( if Bobby stays remotely healthy, that is..) as a starter... He needs to put on some muscle, though.

What happened with Kevin Martin? I remember him having a few decent games and he showed quite a bit of potential.

he's still there, and he is still thought to have a lot of potential. Thing is, both him and Garcia are around 6' 7" and thin as rail, so someone should bulk up a bit to handle some SF minutes. Preferably Martin, seeing as he is not the outside shooter Fran is...

That's what's happening. The Knicks aren't trading Frye.

That'd be a horrible trade.

Is it just me, or does Fran Vasquez bare an uncanny resemblance to Gheorghe Muresan?

as much as I might have been glad that guys like Gilchrist, Morris and Banks went undrafted, it did sadden me to read the following story from DraftExpress....

http://www.draftexpress.com/viewarticle.php?a=1030

poor Angelo Gigli :( wouldn't have been so bad if he had been watching it, but to be there, all dressed up, you really gotta feel for the guy....I hope he goes back to Europe, keeps on improving and gets his shot at the NBA....for every good story, there's a sad one :(

That is pretty sad, but I guess it's mostly his own fault. Unless I KNEW I was going in the first 15 or so I'd stay at home.

Apparentely Will Conroy has signed with the Lakers summer league team, which I'm happy about.

Vazquez actually looks a little like my mate....and yes, my mate is single

as for your point on Gigli, I guess you're right, but if I was a projected 2nd Rounder and was around the area, I'd still like to go to draft as would be a dream to get name called out and walk up to the podium  although yep, I'd want to be bloody sure that I was at the very least, a lock early 2nd Rounder, with a chance of moving into the 1st Round....

talking about the players in the crowd, there were heaps....they just kept on coming....Hodge, Gelabale (whose hair was too big for his hat to fit on his head) and many, many more....

Vazquez will see a far amount in Orlando. He can put up some good numbers comin' off the bench.

I think he'll be pretty good. Personally I liked the pick from Orlando. I'm still a (little bit) giddy about Conroy going to the Lakers but I would've prefered Gilchrist, who's gone to Cleveland for summer league.
