If he can play with a little more discipline, Barea stands a shot at being a solid starting point guard some day. However, it seems likely he'll got lost in the shuffle in Minnesota, creating yet another logjam at the point.

A few interesting moves for Denver. They got Rudy Fernandez and Corey Brewer for a future second round pick (link) and recently signed DeMarre Carroll for a year (link).

Of course, the biggest one was signing Nene for 5, but that already has a thread.

I thought Rudy Fernandez wanted a buyout from his contract so he can keep on playing in that euro team he was/is playing with.I guess not.I think it is a good move.

Who they gonna play at SG? Willie Warren? Billups?

PG- Chris Paul
SG- Billups
SF- C.Butler
PF- B-griff
C- Jordan

Mo-will
Bledsoe

The team has potential to be great with Paul leading the charge, and Griffin finishing all the plays. But they've got some work to do fo sho.

Jamal Crawford signed with the Blazers. (Y) Hopefully, he'll play like Brandon Roy did last season.

Cant wait for this season. And to think they were about to cancel it..

I like where blazers are..they are still young talented along with older productive veterans.

They say he had a setback in his recovery so now the best case scenario is Mid season...I dont expect much or anything out of him. Even if he comes back he is gonna be rusty as hell....play 20 mins a game before fouling out....who knows if he will even have his explosiveness to give us some nice dunks here and there anymore..

I love watching him play though and will be very happy if he is back in time to play significant amount of games....but Im looking into the season as if he isnt or wont be major factor

Still a free agent.

Speaking of amnestied point guards, Baron Davis is expected to be out 8-10 weeks.
