Has there been a player in an All Star game that got injured?

Brad Miller, iirc.

I asked the same question a few pages back and benji answered it, I think.

i have no idea if this has been answered, but who gets the steal if a player tips a pass and a teammate catches it? same thing on a rebound. player tips it and teammate catches it. i figure it's up to the scorer to decide.

also do you get a rebound if you catch a blocked shot? what about catching the tip from a jump ball? i remmeber in high school, my friend's parents were scoring a lot fo the games and padded his stats with stuff like that

I think that the one who ends up with the ball gets awarded the steal/rebound, no matter of who tips it.
And I don't think you get a board for catching a blocked shot and a jump ball.

The person who ends up with the ball does indeed get credited with the steal or rebound.

Collecting the loose ball off a blocked shot or receiving the tip from a jump ball, if it's counted anywhere in the stats, would probably come under team rebounds. That's where miscellaneous stuff like that is usually counted in the boxscores.

Why do the Chicago Bulls have so many lottery picks from 99-09 but just 1 appearance in the 2nd round? Could've built a proper team with their draft picks

Not talking about the players and how their NBA careers went, just talking about the fact that they had a lot of lottery picks from 99-09.

The Clippers have a had a lot of lottery picks in the last 25 years, but during that span they've been a second round team at best. It comes down to selecting the right players/having the players you select pan out, being able to build a good team around a top prospect taken in the lottery and all the other factors that go into building a winning team.

Can someone explain me player signing in the off-season.

For example i want to sign player (free-agent) who has 15 million $ salary and i want to sign 3-year contract.
What's the cap room i need to have ??

Is it 15 million or there is some other rule ?

Team option - Team has the option to keep a player for one year more.
Player option - Player can opt out of his final year and become an unrestricted free agent after that.

What's the longest win streak, where a team has outscored the opponent by 10+ points? Heat have 9, I'm curious if it's realistic they might reach it.

Is this allowed or it's against the rules ??

Does he need to start a dribble (throw the ball of the floor) and then dunk or he may just run like this to the basket ??
PLEASE ANSWER

Well even though this is 9 days old, I'll answer it :D
The Rockets (07-08), Nets (03-04), and Washington (47-48) all hold the record with 10 double digit victories in a row.

To answer the other guy's question: It was a travel, he took 3-4 steps before dunking, which is more than the limit of 2.

I remember that from watching the game last week. He definitely took at least one extra step, it's not uncommon for the referees to miss that or let it slide.

None. 1999 was the lockout shortened season while in 1998 people thought the dunk contest has become stale and no need to do it for ASW that season.

Q: Has there been a coach after winning a NBA championship got fired/quit/retired the following season before it even ended?
