Rick Barry was awesome indeed. He still goes around and teaches his way of shooting the FT.

Anyways, here's a random question. Any news on Chris Paul and Dwight Howard willing to join the Heat squad yet?

Dwight Howard is already playing for a better team, so there's no point in him doing it. And Chris Paul is going to the Knicks.

I doubt they'd be willing to play for the minimum when they contracts are up in 2013 (and with the uncertainty of a lockout looming, I doubt they opt out after this season) so unless they're getting traded for LeBron, Wade or Bosh, they're not going to Miami.

If you're a first rounder in your rookie contract, and you get traded in say, your second or third year, are you still a Restricted Free Agent after your fourth?

As long as the team option was exercised I don't see why not.

I seem to remember Brad Miller tweaking his ankle one year, offhand I'd say the 2003 game.

What's the point of issuing a technical foul for hanging on the rim?

A false idea of sportsmanship we have in sports in America and saving the teams/arena money. When 200 something pound men hang on a rim, its eventually gonna break.

What's the reason behind Jose Calderon's drop from 98% free throw shooting in the 08-09 season, to 80% in the 09-10 season?

Calderon was injured for most of last season but played through it. Injury hurt his shooting, and made his already bad defense even worse.
