Someone wants to mention Warrick to the Grizzlies  It went from 18th pick to 21st pick  I want to hear some info on Memphis getting Warrick. Well since no one wants to talk about it, I will:

Obviously its a replacement for Swift but I wish Memphis wouldve went with Blatche so we could get some meat. I like Warrick, I just don't think he is the right player when Memphis suppose to have been looking for meat on the inside.

Wow, im really dissapointed with that pick...we might have been able to get him in the 2nd round anyway. If Joe wanted a 4 he should have gotten Wayne Simien or Ryan Gomes! Man that was a bad pick...

Buzz-time again:

"The Nuggets-Blazers trade put a cap on Portland's deal with Utah. It means Portland got Martell Webster, Jarrett Jack and a No. 1 in 2006 for Deron Williams. - 10:11 pm EDT "

But still Ryan Gomes and Simien are wayy better than he is offensivally and thats what we need offense. Salim Stoudamire and his horrible attitude would have been better there.

big time steal for the Blazers. Jack can't replace Williams, but with Telfair added to the line up, it certainly is a pretty good combo.

"28 (28) Spurs - Ian Mahinmi, : The Spurs pick France's Ian Mahinmi. He was in the house and wearing a slightly off-white suit. He is very tall. He looks good. Of course, he only averaged five points a game last season. Knowing the Spurs, he'll probably be the Finals MVP in 2010. - 10:17 pm EDT "   (Y)

Nice picks for the Knicks so far, assuming Nate lands on their lap as reported... Lee is a good college player, albeit an unspectacular one...

That should've been the Raptors 7th pick.

It's not even about how good Villaneuva can be or whatever, it's that he's a 6'9 PF/SF. We have Bosh at PF, and we drafted Joe Graham who's obviously a better SF to play there, and still have Jalen and Mo.

So what is the point of drafting him? He's not the BPA, he doesn't fit a need, and he's likely going to be coming off the bench. It's not like he's a banger and has a centers game, he's a perimeter PF/SF.

Also why do the Knicks need another PF? Lee is cool and all, but Sweetney, JYD, Taylor, Rose, and another one now?

^ Agree with you. I can't believe we blew a perfect chance to land Green, Granger, when both of them might have been expected to picked before us.... This is unbelievable, I can't even find words to describe how I feel. Looks like Babcock is still using his spectacular intellegence and is drafting based on need rather than talent...........

At least we got Graham at 16th.........
