HA! Best player in team history, as long as Wade stay on that team, he will become the best player in team history. I can't consider Shaq to go down in history as a Heat because he probably won't spend as many years in Miami as he did in L.A. Sometimes Zo overreacts to things like he gets fired up for like getting a foul called sometimes.

I know he's happy to be back and everything and have a chance to finally win a championship, but sometime he just acts crazy.

No, I support Shaq because he's Shaq. Miami could burn & die and I could care less. I just want to see Shaq with another ring. Fat bitch? It's because of that fat bitch Wade's done that much better. That fat bitch gets doubled, enabling Wade a lane to drive in.

not in these playoffs, especially yesterday. wade got most of his points without the benefit of the aforementioned fat bitch. the heat offense for the most part weren't going inside out. o'neal was doubled occasionally but that ended up in open looks for others, not wade

Fact remains him getting doubled gets players open. Open players make shots. Making shots wins games. Bottom line counts.

I dont' really see what Detroit is going to do to shut down Wade now that he's adjusted to Prince, and we've seen that result.
Put Rip Hamilton on him? Good lord that will be a fun game to watch. Billups? Maybe a possibility but i don't think the result will be much better. The next guy to try and stop Wade is Ben Wallace...and i don't think they want Wallace chasing Wade around the perimeter for 48 minutes.
I think they have to keep Prince on Wade and just hope Wade has 3 bad games before he has 3 good ones.

As I said before it's going to be Miami in 7

!!!Come on we cant have Darko going for another ring in the finals

. Give D-Wade a chance

Actually the Pistons used 5 different players on Wade in game one. This game they stuck to Prince.
That's why I said they should have not even shown up for the game two because the way they played it seemed they wanted to lose.
The three things the Pistons did in game two that lost the game and was unusual for them were:
1) They kept one defender on Wade the whole game even when he started to get hot.
2) They doubled Shaq which left people open for threes.
3) They played one on one style basketball on the offense. Rip Hamilton is not going to beat Wade, Jones or Jones off the dribble. That's not their game they needed to run screens and picks and move the ball. Instead they played like And One players.
I'm suprised they lost by so little.

Miami in 7!!!!No question.End of story.
Fri May 27, 2005 11:44 am
Yep Wade is really showing flashes of Jordanesque

. That's what made MJ so great, all his heroics in the playoff!!!!! Wade is on pace on doing that.

It will be close though...well then again there is a chance of Mo-Town moving on but I agree with the votes.

Dragon, stick to creating dorna's and begging people to give you props for your ever so important work, leave the witty remarks to Jowe.
That was just a disgrace.

Sat May 28, 2005 12:42 am
lol ok bub.
No need to bring your mum in to the conversation.
i know it's hard for you but give wade some credit too
I call the man superman. Where's the lack of credit in that? You mean because I don't call myself Air Wade I'm not a Wade fan? Hehe. Sure Air Gordon, whatever rocks your boat.

credit? riiight...

you're being a hypocrite
you can use the 'air' tag if you want, maybe then people will start confusing you for someone who knows something about the NBA other then shaq
it's ok. i understand since you're fat bitch's bitch. 99.9% of your posts in the nba section are about shaq. and when you actually decide to remove his dick from your mouth and comment about something other then shaq, you need to go to ben to make your arguments

Hmm that was a little over the top Air. Calm down eat a sandwich it's not that important.

ahhh....Pistons manage to screw up another 4th quarter.....instead of building on that 5 point lead they lose it and now find themselves down by 9. If they lose Game 4 then they might as well say goodbye.....Miami are better than Orlando, Indiana or La and it's hard to see them win 3 straight. It's do or die next game if this one ends with a loss.
The tech fouls by Sheed & Billups were unnecessary and cost 2 points, not cool.
Mon May 30, 2005 1:16 pm
Miami takes another, their were some interesting key's to this game outside of Miami's great play all-around, especially from the outside shooters and role players:
Shaq making 6 free throws in a row
Detroit commiting stupid fouls on the full court pressure or early in the clock, stop reaching, you know they'll call those
Detroit getting stupid technicals, though those weren't that detrimental
Wade showed again that you can't "figure him out". He had another big game scoring 36 points, shooting over 50% [12-21], and getting to the line 18 times, though about 6 were on stupid fouls by Detroit. He didn't do much in the assist department with only 2, but also had 7 rebounds and only 2 turnovers.
Shaq was big in this one too, his playmaking was great, he wasn't rebounding too well, but he had 5 assists, hit his free throws, and scored well.
Gotta give props to Lindsey Hunter though, he really tried in this one, and was a big factor in Detroit getting back in the game. Can't say the same for Billups and Rip in terms of backcourt defense and pressure.
Mon May 30, 2005 3:12 pm
Wow, I'm surprised Miami pulled out another win. I was expecting Detroit to put the clamps on Wade and put together a strong performance, but I guess I was wrong. Wade was sensational, and game 4 should be interesting!
Mon May 30, 2005 4:10 pm
Great win by Miami. I still think Detroits gonna pull it off in 7, but i REALLY hope Im wrong.
