More votes for Bosh than Kobe....
Mon Oct 23, 2006 3:20 pm
wait, so your implying that Bosh will be the best big man in the L?
Mon Oct 23, 2006 3:24 pm
Who are you asking? This list is retarded.
Mon Oct 23, 2006 3:49 pm
Bosh MVP? pfft, Lebron is a safe bet
Heres a better list
Lebron James
Steve Nash
Elton Brand
Dirk Nowitzki
Dwyane Wade
Chauncey Billups
Kobe Bryant
Gilbert Arenas
Mon Oct 23, 2006 4:35 pm
Zach Randolph
Edit: lol at "preason" . just lol at NBA_Bryant24's lack of intelligence.

Chris Bosh in the voting? Are you crazy? Wade should be up there, so should duncan and garnett. I voted Kobe anyways
Mon Oct 23, 2006 5:34 pm
Lebron James
Steve Nash
Elton Brand
Dirk Nowitzki
Dwyane Wade
Chauncey Billups
Kobe Bryant
Gilbert Arenas
add Duncan and i'm happy
other possibilities based on health/various include
T-Mac
Amare
Ray Allen
Paul Pierce
Shaq
Mon Oct 23, 2006 5:37 pm
Paul Pierce is often overlooked. Agree with what
Matt said
EDIT: Except Garnett should always be there

What about Carmelo??? why is he always forgotten, hes improved dramitcally and was USA's best player, hes got to be up there with them all, he is certainly ahead of Bosh, although i think Lebron or Wade will win it.

Because everyone rides LBJ and Flash, Melo is now an afterthought. Ever since Melo's rookie year I have been dissapointed by him being snubbed from the ASG, since he is my favorite player along with McGrady. I think he deserved to win ROY (I'm ready to be flamed) and go to the ASG in his first season. His stats are good, but if he can improve his rebounding and lift his assists higher I think he will be a candidate, even if his points drop off a bit.

This is one thing we can agree on. Melo is vastly overlooked.

I've always thought of Melo being better than Wade but maybe not Lebron's equal just yet... I agree, he deserved to win or at least share the Rookie of the Year... and he got snubbed big time last season for the ASG
Mon Oct 23, 2006 9:37 pm
Kobe will take it this year.
Mon Oct 23, 2006 10:20 pm
It's Kobe's turn now.
Mon Oct 23, 2006 10:44 pm
yep, Melo definitely should have been ROY, no way LBJ should've been....Melo should've also been a lock for ASG last year, but ahh well, if he keeps playing clutch this coming season, his legion of fans will grow
as for the poll, I voted for LBJ

Does anyone else have a nagging feeling that if the Suns win 50-60 games, Steve Nash stands a good chance of making it three in a row? I'm not pulling for it to happen but with the way voting has gone these last two years I can't help but wonder if Nash has the MVP locked up or will at least be one of the top candidates as long as the Suns remain contenders.
