Where are the new Jerseys?

I heard the pacers and pistons will be showing off their new jerseys and logos during the draft, but that didnt happen. Does anyone know what happened?
NBA Live 2003 is the best game ever made.

Logo improvement, like every sort of improvement in the NBA, is subjective.
