Good list! But I wouldn't say Mark Madsen is that slow, and I would add LeBron James to the fastest list, as well as Shawn Marion and even Steve Nash. I'm thinking of Jason Kidd, too, but I haven't actually seen him in action after that surgery.

you need to add Rebraca to the list of slow.

Yao Ming is kinda slow

being fast and quick are 2 different things.. i.e- tony kukoc won't beat your in a foot race but he could take you off the dribble

K-Mart isn't even that fast..

Yeah I agree K-Mart isn't as fast as many guards. But he is one of the fastest forwards.

Ya I know that's what I'm saying. I noticed it right away when I saw the list. And Mark Madsen and Raef Lafrentz aren't that slow. And Vlade not really either.

Fast is different than quick.

I would think LeBron would be in the fast list, I have yet to see someone catch him when he gets the ball on the break.

Fast and quick.. slow and slow in agility are all different things.

If ur fast, it usually means they are fast and can run fast... bing quick means u can change directions easily and stuff like that. When ur slow, u cant run as fast as others but doesnt mean u cant be quick... U understand?

This list pretty much summed it all... We could add Steve Nash maybe, in place of Ford, who may be the quickest player when he's not injured...

Shaq is actually pretty quick sometimes. When he does that drop step and spins baseline, it's unbelievable that something as big as him could do a move like that.
