Jason Kidd, who was watching from the Team USA bench, called it the best play he's ever seen.

i guess Kidd has the chance to make him do something better now with VC on the Nets.
We heard that Freddy retired from basketball not long after this, and who can blame him?

to make someone retire because you dunk on them is one of those around things you say at school as a joke, but when it really happens, something really sick must of happened.
VC caused him to retire wasting the Knicks pick on him which could of been Ron Artest, so yeah, this dunk is the best I'd say..

I'm going with Vince's without a question. I'm not really sure how the others look like but Vince's was unbelievable. The guy he dunked on was 7'2" and his name was Drederick Weis not Freddy.
I wouldn't mind seeing some clips of the other ones if anyone has them.

P.S. I'm surpriszed they didn't decide for once to put a Michael Jordan dunk their. They are finally using their heads.

Isn't it Frederic Weis.

And it was an offensive foul. I seriously hate that dunk.

I personally loved MJ's dunk on Patrick Ewing in 93 that was sick! Split the double team, went baseline stopped, let the defender run past him, then aim and dunked on Ewing (Y)

You hate it because Vince put his hand on Frederic's head?

It's still the damnedest thing I've seen in basketball.

i liked the Kemp Dunk.....he just grabbed the ball, exploded to the hoop and knocked the dude infront of him out of the way

and Kevin Johnson's dunk was SICK.....he didn't dunk on a 7'2 stiff but on a 7'0 shot blocking machine known as The Dream.....this guy is'nt even tall....he just defied logic

If by "put his hand on Frederic's head" you mean "forcefully pushed it under his legs" then yes.

T-mac had one on toni kukoc when T-mac was still in Toronto that was RIDICULOUS. He dunked on his head and then kind of rode him out of bounds on his back. Kukoc wound up on all fours in front of McGrady. It was hilarious and if T-Mac had booted him in the ass it would've been the greatest moment of my life...alas, it's just the best dunk i've ever seen.

No he didnt, he dunked it on one of the many Chicago Bulls bums. I think it was Peter Cornell or something.

come on now jae, you cant say that isnt a great dunk! i think it was the best of all time, if a ref called an offensive foul it would still have gone down as the greatest dunk ever. anytime someone jumps over a 7'2 guy standing straight up its something special. ehh weis....what a bitch. ok so he pushed his head down, he still jumped over almost 7 feet.

I think if he'd have just dunked on him without pushing his head under I'd be inclined to say it's the best ever. I mean, Weis probably would've at least ducked under his legs. But yeah, it's practically the same as someone picking up the ball at half court and not taking one dribble on their way to score. Both are rule violations.

Also, looking back on that video he pushed his head under his legs ALOT harder than I originally thought.
