The thing is though EG, you're quoting Scubilete there, and he is not Rens... you've got something mixed up (Y)

It was a typo...I'm pretty sure Rens is Dan Gadzuric and I was thinking about something else. It happens...

Orlando loses fourth straight, this time the Chicago Bulls in Orlando.

Man that McGrady is something special.

I wonder he fixed it before I saw it, lol.

So you're saying...with a straight face...that Shaq never complains about not getting the ball in the Laker's offense.

Shaq gets his ball & I don't see him complaining after the season started.

And you know what he meant when he referred to T-mac as the league scoring leader...all you're doing by nitpicking is being irritating...which turns discussions into flames. So don't do that...

First, you "even being a mod." have no rights to tell me what to do or what not to do if I'm not doing anything wrong.

2nd, If you say Allen Iverson is the league scoring leader when he's not, whether you like it or not I'll tell you he's not. Nobody should know what you meant by saying Iverson is the league scoring leader.

I make the point clear and you for sure know T-mac is not the league scoring leader so the fact that I make clear T-mac is not the league scoring leader don't give you rights to think it is irritating or have to turn things into flames. Are you going to argue that T-mac is the league scoring leader when he's not? NO. so what makes you think I'm trying to start a flame war?

I'm going to let this thing go like that & the Rens thing, but just wanted to make clear to you: The fact that your a mod. doesn't give you rights to tell me what to do or what not to do when I'm just telling everyone the truth... You opened a thread in NBA section when really should be in general talk, someone complains and you started with your attitude... Now you start complaining for clarifying things (lies) in the forum and then you believe I do it to start a flame so I should stop telling people they are wrong, yes, that's great (Y), let people be stupid & ignorant, if you show them the right way, that's bad & turn things into flame,

The only reason the Lakers thought about the trade was so that by the seasons end they could trade for McGrady so that they would at least get something in return if Kobe did decide to leave. Besides Tmac and Shaq stay in the same housing area in Orlando and they are good friends. I myself hope this never happens as I am a huge lakers fan. Kobe and Tmac are a fairly even tradeoff statistically with both around 30pg/6rpg/5apg

The issue isn't since the season started. The discussion was Kobe's overall understanding of the game. Again...I ask if you're implying that Shaq has never complained about Kobe's style of play or not getting the ball when he should.

Listen to me. I know that you get worked up about things so I'm being mindful that this doesn't turn into a flame. If someone is irritating other people instead of discussing things then I'm going to tell them that they're headed down the flame route...which we don't want because it would mean that this thread would have to be locked.

If a person is going around correcting people's grammar and spelling I'll tell them the same thing. It's best to respond to what you knew the person meant and only correct for details when it's necessary for you to understand them or they continually make the same error. Excessive nitpicking of people's posts does nothing but attempt to make them seem unintelligent. Likewise...you nitpicking details when you knew that he meant that T-Mac was the leading scorer last year is the same thing. I'm reminding you to discuss things without pushing them towards a flame.

If you have any other questions you can PM me...but that's it for that in this thread.

Wed., Nov. 5 Phoenix trades Brevin Knight to Washington for Jahidi White

This goes to an earlier comment I made during this parade of insults called a thread.

I wanted Boston to trade Tony Battie for Brevin Knight, I was yelling at Danny Ainge last night through the TV during the Pistons/Celtics game,
I guess he didn't hear me, or just didn't like the idea of freeing a roster proteced spot for the expansion draft and six million dollars in cap space.

They already have Mark Blount, Raef LaFrentz and Vin Baker playing the post positions!!!

Dammit Ainge!!

Boston's guard positions are their most suspect with no time as a starter for either Mike James or Marcus Banks, the style Boston is playing is up tempo and needs solid ballhandlers.

I really can't think Phoenix would rather Jahidi White over Tony Battie, but I could be wrong.
