Vince Carter - Hot or Not?

Postby VCFAN on Wed Oct 22, 2003 11:44 am

There havn't been to many topics lately so I thought id make one on Vince Carter.
Do you think Vince will be back to his old self. He claims in this article that he will be back and attacking the rim. Do you believe what he says?

What I find suprising is when he was in his "prime" (i still think he can reach new levels) his game was so tough to stop becuase of his jumpshooting, not just attacking the rim. I hope he comes back to form as well.. but we'll have to just wait and hope he isnt grant hill number 2...

after the game last night against the bulls, where he had 1 sick block, 1 windmill and a 360, i believe that he has something to prove this season,, :D

Saw that Bulls game too. Carter still has the hops and he's really taking it strong to the basket. Although obviously everyone is still very rusty. Barring any major injuries, I think he's in for a strong season.

He definatley shows all the skills to be the best.
I hope he can continue this strong preseason play into the regular season.
It doesn;t look like his previous injuries have affected his gameplay at all.

Well...even if he is out of form now, if he works hard throughout the season (I presume he will be workin his arse off)...he'll be pretty good by All-star break!
