There is 2 opt out clauses as well, at the end of the 4th and 5th year accordingly. So if he continues to play at a high level or develop further, or the Bucks realy suck donkey balls then he can get away earlier.

certainly not a free ring. i would say that no team in the nba has a ride to a free ring. right now seems the favorite come playoff time will be the spurs but even they are not a guarenteed ring. kinda interesting now in the nba, sure the west overall is better than the east but still, you have 4-5 teams that have a realistic chance going to the finals from each conference.

i think it`s ok that he stayed in milwaukee. they traded TJ, they believed in him and there he has a young talented team.
