imo, u can look at it this way too. amare can compliment a lot of other pgs in the nba as one of the finest finisher in the nba, givin em 1or2 apg effortlessly. say he went to hawks(the team desperately in need of good pg), amare's stats would still be around same since he's a too good of a inside scoring option to ignore... meaning while nash would avg 16+ppg9+apg on almost any team in the nba, amare would do same avging around 23+ppg on almost any team in the nba.
and agree that big chance of dwight's # to improve wid a good playmaker...

Amare is good without Nash, granted, but his stats (points-wise) are only slightly better that Dwight who doesn't have the benefit of a elite PG
