Sure, every now and then they are calling obvious ones still... but there has been alot of times where there has been a flop, and the player has just fucking flown away - and there was no call. Its a thing of beauty to watch, really.
Like you said Andrew, a lot of the time it does result in a basket - but like I said, it hasn't stopped the amount of flopping
Maybe a definitive announcement from the league would stop it though...

when varejao learns to play some defence without flopping all over the place, i will give him the credit he will deserve
until then, he can go to hell, because that "defence" he plays is an attrocity that is wrecking basketball.
dont even think to bring up that sore loser argument either. we lost because we were crap. the team played crap, coach is crap, refs are crap. that doesnt mean varejao's flopping was anything other than a fucking disgrace
as for bad arguments, dont try and say the spurs are worse. between varejao and ginobili, they are both par for the worst floppers in basketball. in fact, just shut the fuck up all together with your 'arguments' because theyre making my eyes bleed in pain and disgust.
like seriously, your name is 'cheater', you whinge because lebron isnt getting star treatment, and then try to claim varejao doesnt flop. just get the fuck out of here. really.

I can't believe you detroit fans, you keep flaming the cavs just because you're pissed off you got embarrased by them. Just admit the fact you lost and get over it, worry about your offseason, we aren't upset we got rocked by the spurs - we admitted they were the better team. I know some detroit fans are still waiting for detroit's A' game because the cavs have no chance against their A game.
Just stop worrying about the cavs problems, and worry about your own. You guys seem to care more about the cavs losing than the actual cavs and cavs fans themselves, I'm just looking forward to the offseason now.

But the Finals MVP is the youngest player on that old team, not the "star" older player, who was effectively shut out for 2 games.
The fact that a hyperactive 6' 10" kid like Varejao can very effectively shut down a HOF post player like Duncan just shows where the league is going
When Golden State can legitimately play Matt Barnes at Center and take out Dallas and a 6' 2" Point Guard leads all bigs in points in the paint, this is just a different league.

-Webber is a good hustler but he is prone to injuries and doesn't have the legs or the stamina anymore.
-Chauncey is a great team leader but, as much as I love him, his inconsistancy and poor decision making on passing and shooting game in the post season are mind bugging!!!
-Rasheed is one of the more consistant players on the team but he just doesn't shut up and the sad thing is that every time he makes some kind of provacative promise he NEVER follows through with it!!
They need someone to take over the game. Originally it was Chauncey but he doesn't deliver when its most needed anymore. He basically threw games 4 and 5 with his outrageous shooting!?!

That person needs to be rip. Tayshaun doesn't have that mentality. Delfino got traded. So it HAS to be Rip. Chauncey's getting old.
Is it just me or do some players not get calls in the 4th??
