Watchoo guys think about Kirk Snyder?

I think he has LOADS of potential.. He's like a JR SMITH clone.. He's athletic.. He can shoot threes but has troubles with shooting perimeter jumpers.. He can play PG SG and SF.. They have the same height and length..

And theyre both just waiting for an oppurtunity to EXPLODE.. Just like TMAC.. I think if they go to a SUCKASS TEAM like the RAPTORS, BOBCATS, MAGIC, BUCKS, or HAWKS.. AND get their minutes and goes starter.. I think they'll be SUPERSTARS..

I WONDER.. Why is the RAPTORS TEAM always the breeding ground for potential superstars and Stat Sheet Improvement Team..Then gets traded..

I think kirk snyder was over rated comming into the nba because he was good at the power house known as...Nevada. And as for his NBA career hes not very good. He makes really bad decisions with the ball, he shoots too much on a team that has two of the best, and he is wild on the court he gets fouls in bad times and overall looks lost sometimes.

JR smith blows too.

Mikes James isn't a superstar, or an allstar. Kirk Snyder sucks, so does JR Smith. JR doesn't know how to play any defense, and I don't think either of them have ever played point guard. And neither of them deserve their own thread.

he needs to learn more basketball sense/intelligence, so does JR smith. If Jordan has a basketball IQ of A+ these guys have an F all over them, they sure need to get it to C or something to be better.

yeah, wtf about snyder. The guy is just average. But oh well, it had to be a Philippine who started the thread. This is almost as damn as the guy who said the joke ( ) about Balkman.

I think he is avg bench player, athletic body that can run, and defend a bit, thats pretty much it, not even close to be a good bench player

at least joejam999 had faith in his [what looked to be really shit and possibly for years to come] team. I wrote the Jazz off early and got punished. I also thought Deron Williams (despite watching alot of him in college, and really liking his game) would probably never reach the level of Paul, yet he is showing he is at least just under if not on par with him. As for Snyder, he's just another athletic swingman.

Well Snyder has some potential but as others have stated, his Basketball IQ is really below average. If he would made better decisions and stops jacking up shots he might become a decent role-player but definately no superstar. The same goes for Smith, he's young, he's athletic, he is skilled but dumb as a stone when it comes to the right decision.

Watching Smith play against the Raps yesterday was painful. After he made his thrid three pointer, he did some stupid dance walking back down the court, even though he was like 3/7, nothing great. He ended up 4/13 from 3pt land, just horrible. He was dropping passes, making stupid turnovers, jacking up stupid 3's every time he caught the ball. And he didn't get to the line once, just horrible. And the whole time coach Karl was just shaking his head.

Well..Guess you guys are right..That pretty much closes this topic..Just wanted to know ur opinions guys coz i was thinking off signing him from the free agent wire for my fantasy team..Thanks for the brainstorming dudes..

I have been a jazz fan for 9 1/2 years so ya it is my team. I will never leave just because they have 1 or 2 bad seasons. Duh JR Smith would beat me in 1on1.
