I think the Knicks will do much better than the Sixers. I watch the Knicks' off-season and they are doing very well. Francis is improving and getting use to his team. But the Sixers, they just plane suck. Sorry to say that. They made no off-season moves and lost John Salmons. I dont see them being higher than 13th in the East.
