Simmons and Bogut out. :( Bad news for Milwaukee. I hope they prove Matt wrong and beat the Pistons. :D

Good thing we picked up Patterson! Could be a very slow start to the season without the 2 starters. At least it give Ilyasova, Noel and maybe, just maybe, Ha some PT. Noel has been playing great in the preseason, everyone seems raped in his defensive intensity and his hustle. Could be another second round steal to add to Redd.

Also, I read on realgm that Bogut is already out of his cast boot and recovering really quickly. Maybe back sooner than expected, but won't play until he's 100%.

Sucks for the Bucks. Takes time away from Bogut and CV being able to get more familiar on the court with one another. Thats gonne be one hell of a up front duo, I hope CV makes Toronto regret even thinking about trading him.

What do you call a power forward that averages 7 rebounds?
A small forward.

Me too. CV has played well offensively so far. Good out of the high post, solid passing, above average on the boards etc. Just needs to get the defense down pat and not dissapear on the court for 5 minute periods.

As much as I like TJ (I was a really big fan of his) I just don't think he's going to last as a starting point guard. He's too weak and his defense is pretty abysmal. I think he needs a role of the bench so he can mature a bit more as a player and not just run, drive and dish. Too many times last year he got caught inside and coughed the ball up or jacked up shots early in the 24. Still has the potential to be a star player, just needs to come down to earth a bit and stop thinking he's AI.
